How Do You Train with Magic Vibe®?

Static training
Vibration training may be done with muscles in the extended position.  Position yourself on Magic Vibe®, standing or lying, and remain in that position.  You may increase the difficulty of the training, for example, by stretching the muscle more through decreasing the angle of the concerned joint, therefore allowing muscles to contract even more.

Dynamic training
Exercise done with Magic Vibe is smooth and rhythmic. Any exercise that can be done on the ground can also be done with Magic Vibe®; therefore, all muscle groups can be trained.

Training schedule.  For maximum results, train two to three times a week for 12 minutes.

 
Static training
Week one:     30 Hz/30 seconds
Week two:     40 Hz/40 seconds
Week three:   50 Hz/50 seconds
Week four:     50 Hz/60 seconds







Afterwards, you may begin dynamic training (although it is not necessary).

Caution!  Be sure to build up slowly to the dynamic exercises you wish to perform.  Do not make very big movements immediately. Exercises must be performed slowly and smoothly.
